excited for round 3!!

Hi everyone!

I ate like crap this weekend but I was SO happy to see my family and platy family!!

As much as i am loving my new diet, I really need to come up with some kind of maintenance plan. I am looking forward to hopefully losing another 10 lbs... but then what? I'm not quite sure how to maintain without totally depriving myself. As you guys know- I am a total foodie and love experimenting at new restaurants (especially when traveling), trying new recipes, and just eating good old comfort food that remind me of different times in my life. I know that portion control and exercise will do it, but historically, my weight has been such a total yo-yo... and I am SO scared to gain back those 25 lbs I've lost in the last year and a half. I just know i am very susceptible to weight gain... because i get comfortable and start eating like I used to.

Anyways, in the meantime, raw food and green lemonade it is!! :-) At least I got a little binging in this weekend before we start again!!!
