okay, so i'm not doing the contest, but I'm in such a habit now of weighing myself every friday and posting I can't help it.
123 this am. I figure the range that I want to stay in b/c I know my weight will fluctuate, is 120-125. If I go over 125, I know that I should watch my food intake really carefully. But for now I'm maintaining. I feel great.
And last night I was bad too. I tried to not drink last night at the bowling event for work, but my first game really stunk, so one my teammates told me i needed to drink to be better. and I was! 147 was my high. But I only had a small piece of the quesadilla and it wasn't that good so i didn't even finish it. But I did have 3 Buds. oh well. I'm pretty sure this holiday weekend is going to be bad. But I'm planning on going to the gym so hopefully that makes up for the bad foodness a little.

ReplyDeleteIt's a great habit to stay in. If you think the weekend won't be so great with food and drink just do a little more activity. Any little bit helps!!!!
