Oh Monday

I miss vacation. Anyway, I think I'm back on track for working out. Got up at 530am and did about 2 miles on the treadmill and some weights.
I was a little bad with food over the weekend. Saturday wasn't bad, but Sunday Brian and I snacked a lot and then went to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner with his sister. I had shrimp and tilapia with rice and broccoli in some sort of sauce. It was yummy, but probably 1000 calories. Oh well. Today's a new day. I had a whole wheat english muffin and 3/4 cup of cinnamon cereal for breakfast. And I made a spinach salad for lunch for today. Yum.
