So I forgot to weigh myself this morning, I'll do it tomorrow morning. Did half an hour on the elliptical and back yesterday at the gym. Then I met a friend for dinner and was trying to be healthy getting the portabella wrap but of course he wanted to split the quesadillas. *sigh*
I think I'm going to have to really count calories from now on. I need to actually list it and see it, not just try to keep a tally in my head. I have a feeling that's what my problem is. Plus I need more cardio!
