So this am was my first class with the trainer since I left for vacation. Ouch, she really pushed this am. It felt good though. I feel like I'm back in my routine already. I made a couple salads for the next couple days for lunch last night. I also made some organic butternut squash raviolis too. They're 230 calories per serving, so it should go well with my salad and hopefully keep me satisfied most of the afternoon. That's totally a danger area, I always want to snack and I try to tell myself to finish my tea, then maybe a snack.
