Not really a weigh-in

But I'm happy b/c I'm almost back down to prevacation weight. I was 122 before I left. I was 126 Tues morning and this am I was back to 122.5.
I did yoga last night and I finally got my butt back to the gym this am. It was tough. Everything was harder than it was 2 weeks ago. Can't lose focus though.
Anyway, I think the reason why I've lost most of the vacation weight already is food intake. I'm back to eating healthy with stuff I make myself which helps a lot. I totally gorged myself on vacation. 2 plates at breakfast, 2 plates at lunch, lots of drinks, and an appetizer, soup and entree at dinner every night. It would have been a miracle if I didn't gain weight.

  2. Thanks Jake! I will definitely continue to blog. Even though I'm not trying to lose weight anymore, I certainly want to maintain, and blogging about it and reading everyone else's blogs keep me motivated. Congrats on quitting smoking - that's a huge accomplishment!
