Wrong direction.... grrrrr.... but really I'm ok with it. It's not where I want to be nor was I intending to gain weight but it's all good. My sleep is screwed up (last night was purely my own fault) and I know until I get back on track with that, I'm not going to be too motivated otherwise. Heck, we've used our tennis rackets a couple of times this week and also the jump rope. The weight may not be coming off, but my heart & lungs are getting stronger and my legs & arms are moving more. AND I got to be with my kids alot this week because of it. I'll take the additional pound if it means I get to spend hours with my kids having fun. I'm pretty sure all the laughing we do is tightening up my ab muscles anyway. :-)
I do however have my suspicions about Annie. I think she keeps plying me with food so she can beat me but more so I can't borrow (steal) her dresses any more. LMAO
