Jake

140 :-/ I'd say "WTF???", but I really can't worry too much. I was very active this week. Dakota and I walked nearly every morning this week and at night we would go out on the tennis court and hit some tennis balls.(me and the kids, not Dakota) The fact that my weight hasn't changed is a little upsetting. However, I showed both Michelle and Annie yesterday, that I could easily pull down my jeans without unzipping them. (I'm trying to figure out why michelle nearly went into shock and annie barely blinked an eye)

I know it's just a number and I know I'm clearly getting in better shape but being stuck at 140 when I know I should easily be less is a little discouraging. The fact that I can walk/jog with Dakota about 2 miles in the AM and still go out on the tennis court for an hour an a half in the PM is pretty encouraging. It sure beats sitting.

I told Annie, I'm not going to stop what I'm doing. Sooner or later, it's all just going to 'melt' off. I truly believe that. I just wish it was melting....even slowly. I hate 'stuck'
