Back on track

Aileen I know exactly how you feel. This weekend was rough with 2 nice dinners and a family get together plus some leftovers! I started South Beach today though. I just have to do it and be serious because clothes aren't fitting and that's grossing me out!

So far today I had a veggie omelet thing from the cafe and now i'm having a salad with some turkey and ham. Did chest and the gym already and later i'm going to do some cardio and I have a softball game. If we go to the bar that sponsors us afterward I'm not drinking or eating peanuts!

  1. you can do it. getting started is the hardest part. but each day you succeed will motivate you even more. i know you'll do great :-) you work so hard at the gym and you keep active, which is a huge part of it, and now you're just adding the last piece of eating well. just keep picturing how smokin you'll look in that bikini!!
