Not gonna lie, I haven't posted because my food intake is just shockingly disgusting. For example- so far today I've had green lemonade, 2 huge coffees FULL of white sugar and powdered creamer, 2 crab rangoons, and a persimmon. Gross.
Personal training session #.... 6 yesterday. OMG- it was pretty serious! I don't have another session until next monday (or maybe later... depending if I get in on the No Doubt concert in raleigh!!) . Let's hope I can keep up with my homework.... 100 cals or the treadmill at 15% incline... no holding allowed :-/ and 100 cals on the arc trainer at 10 incline and 100 resistance!! i'm getting out of breath just thinking about it.
