So I've been pretty good this week, even though the contest is over, I still want to lose 10 lbs so I feel better and my clothes will fit better!
I went to the gym Tues and Wed am, I'm going to hopefully fit a workout in this evening in between wrapping and studying. I've been eating healthier, and drinking a lot of water and tea.
This weekend is going to be full of good food and wine. I don't want to stuff myself, but I will enjoy the good food in moderation.
