TL's 11/1 weigh in 178.5

Guess running on the treadmill for 55 minutes last night helped.

I stuck with my eating plan yesterday until the 4 pm snack attack. chocolate kisses and parmesan pita chips. ugh.  Recovered at the gym and had a pear and cheese for an after work out snack  instead of a full dinner.
I am prepared with my meal plan again today. I have a 4 pm  meeting so hopefully will avoid the late afternoon train wreck!
