another week

So I'm down from last week, but not from where I started. I haven't been to the gym in over a week. Ugh, I need some motivation since even the threat of my clothes not fitting does not seem to be helping. And I'm back to studying, more time sitting on my butt. I will get up early and go to the gym. I will. If I keep saying that, hopefully it will happen.

  1. sign up for something! a 5K or a class at the gym. I know studying takes a ton of time but if you PAY for something with an 'end date' does that help? I love you!
