yay!

I can post!

I gave Sarah my starting weight. 174. *sigh* But I'm still only 5 months post partum. I'll cut myself a little slack. The problem with having a 5 month old and working full time is that YOU HAVE NO TIME. After our nighttime routine and Harper is in bed, the last thing I want to do at 8PM or 8:30PM is work out. And waking up earlier is a tough option when you have a baby that may or may not sleep through the night. I know, all excuses. And we all have a nasty case of the snotties in my house (thank you daycare). We have P90X or PX90 at home, even if I do it a few times a week and buckle down on the eating, I'll get there. I'd like to lose about 25 pounds. Not in 8 weeks, but that's my longer term goal. I think I'm going to use the LoseIt app to track my food, unless anybody has other suggestions that they have used and like.

  1. Hi, Nicole! I'm glad you're cutting yourself some slack because you've gone through an *amazing* life change! Enjoy Harper, and once she gets older, you can start doing things like taking her on walks in the stroller, etc, to get exercise. Lots of love to you and your family... I hope to see you all soon.
