Hi all!
This weekend was terrible for eating and drinking.... Dan's birthday celebration(s), Friday and Saturday night. But I still managed to run my first 5k on Sunday... yay! I feel super motivated to keep running, do another, and beat my time. Maybe a 10k one day ;)
Looking forward to starting this up again... I really need it! The timing is perfect- Dan and I are leaving for a cruise on Christmas Eve, so I need to drop quite a few lbs!!!
