Motivation to get to our weight loss goals. Yes, we're "competing" against each other, but really, we're supporting each other to reach our goals. That's what friends do.

I like the idea of doing both. It's interesting to see my breakdown of the types of foods I eat. I definitely will need some help to try to see my abs (what was I thinking?)
